  • How does the proofing process work?
    You will receive up to two free proofs prior to submitting your order. Any subsequent proofs will incur an additional charge.
  • How long will it take to receive my proof?
    Proofs can take 1-3 business days to be created. We will email you the proof once it is ready.
  • Is there a full list of your fonts/motifs/papers?
    We would be happy to discuss additional design elements for the specific vendor of your choice.
  • May I receive a price quote?
    Absolutely! The following information is helpful so that we can offer suggestions if the quote is out of your price range or the lead time is too long: 1. What is your budget for this project? 2. What is your time frame to receive this order? 3. What is your event date (if applicable)? Please allow approximately 1-3 business days to receive your price quote. Additional time may be required depending on the complexity of the order.
  • May I customize an order?
    Most of our vendors allow for customizations. Some even allow for any size, font, color, embellishment - the list goes on!
  • How long do orders take to arrive?
    Orders can take anywhere from two business days to three weeks depending on the complexity of the order and the vendor your order comes from.
  • How can I change my order once it has been processed?
    Please contact Prickly Pear Press at (806) 773-6293 to determine if a change can be made. Additional charges may apply to make changes to an order.
  • Can you print guest addresses on my envelopes?
    Yes, we print guest addresses. Once we receive your order, we will email you a price quote for this service and will provide you with an Excel spreadsheet to complete.
  • Can I add supplied artwork to my order?
    Yes, so long as it is in grayscale (black and white) format; we can colorize it during the proofing process. Please contact us if you have any questions.
  • How much postage will I need for my cards?
    We recommend that you bring your finished ensemble to the post office to be weighed and measured for the appropriate postage. Additional postage will be required for larger items and square items.
  • Are you available to meet in person?
    If you're in the Midland, Texas area, yes! We love meeting with our customers. We are available by appointment only; just contact us to set up a time.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Venmo, PayPal and cash.
  • How does shipping work?
    For an additional fee, we can have your order shipped straight to you. Local orders are usually shipped directly to us and we are more than happy to drop them off personally.
  • How do we get in touch?

  • Can I order by telephone or email?
